Located on a quiet street with a wooded yard, the shared private beach is a very short walk at the end of the road. The main floor of the house contains a living room perfect for reading a book on a rainy day, an eat in kitchen, half bath, and a spacious family room with a smart TV and a dining table large enough for the whole family. The upper level consists of a master suit with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with stand up shower. The second bedroom has a full and twin sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is an additional bathroom with bathtub adjacent to the other two bedrooms on this level as well.The lower level consists of a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds and a queen sized bed to sleep a total of 6 people. In addition there is a separate laundry room complete with new washer and dryer. The backyard has a relaxing deck with a grill for cooking your dinner outdoors; outdoor dining set; and bonfire pit. Relax and watch the deer as they wander through the yard. Whether you are planning a trip to the beach or just looking for a quiet get-a-way, the Caseville Cottage will not disappoint!Minimum stay: 10 nights
