There is also plenty to explore on the 3.4 acres of land that belongs to this property that abuts the dam and the resulting creek. Come in summer to enjoy the swimming, the fall to enjoy the great views of the foliage changing or come in winter to enjoy the snowmobiling, great ice fishing or skiing at close by Gunstock Mtn (`30 min). No matter what you come for you will not be disappointed. This home was designed with care and can fit many families needs with a full bathroom on each floor, Central Air and heat throughout, a beautiful fireplace and ample parking. Amenities include a Extra Large Washer & Dryer, a wet bar area in the basement for easy refreshment/food retrieval in the summer and winter weather during those great swimming or ice fishing escapades, and views, great views of the lake and the sunsets!
