This large home in nestled in the woods on 20 private acres that back up to State Land with easy access to the State Trail system for snowmobiling and four-wheeling right from the property. Indian River is part of the famous Inland Waterway - Michigan's longest chain of rivers and lakes with over 40 miles running from Crooked Lake to Lake Huron. Many marinas are 5 minutes away that rent boats and boat slips. This is the perfect area for beach going, boating and fishing. If an afternoon of shopping and lunch are more your thing, Petoskey and Harbor Springs are just a short scenic drive away.
