Have fun on the River! Newly renovated water front apt. (ground level) on the Crooked River (Inland Waterway) within easy walking distance to the Village of Alanson. Enjoy sitting on our front porch watching the boats go by throughout the day! This unit is centrally located between Petoskey (9 miles) and Mackinaw City (24 miles) and Harbor Springs (10 miles). Close to hiking trails and golf courses just minutes away! Fishing is within walking distance to the river with the Historical Society Boat House board walk, Sanctuary Island fishing platform and from our two large boat docks. This unit was the former manager's apt. unit consisting of master bedroom (King size bed) and bunkbeds in second room. with a large kitchen, one full bath and 12' x 20' living room with table that seats 6 persons, a perfect set-up to accommodate a family of four. Quiet time (conversational voice) is between 10 pm and 9 am. A pull out bed to accommodate one child or adult may be available upon request to accommodate a fifth person. No pets allowed.
