A Boater's Paradise | Lake Charlevoix | Private Dock | Dog Friendly! Welcome to our Holy Island Getaway!Our beautiful home is located on Holy Island, just a few miles from the Ironton Ferry. The island offers great privacy, green foliage and is located between Charlevoix and East Jordan, with year-round access. Upon entering our home, you will be speechless with the expansive views of Lake Charlevoix and our 60' dock. We are truly a Boater's Paradise! The main level includes an upscale kitchen, a spacious living room, and a kid's guest room with a child's twin bed and an additional twin day bed that expands into a king bed. Not to mention the master suite with a bathroom, and a walkout balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The 2nd level entails a loft style family room with a guest room, featuring a king and queen bed. Heading to the lower level, along with additional King and Queen bedrooms and the 3rd bathroom , you will find a walk out access to the lower patio, or stay inside to enjoy a 22' Shuffleboard Table! Make sure to take advantage of the 2 kayaks, paddle board and large group inflatables. Or, relax on the beach with the newly added washed play sand. And don't forget to bring the pup! Our home is also pet friendly, with a non-refundable fee. New to our home: J1772 Electric Vehicle Charger!*A 2 or 3-night minimum may apply during our Winter Season and during Holiday.
