The visible improvements, such as the new landscaping, hardwood flooring, new back staircase to connect the Florida room to the back fire pit and basement bar area, newly painted walls, decorations, and upgraded appliances in the kitchen add to the aesthetic appeal and use of the property and create a more pleasant and enjoyable environment for our guests.The upgrades, such as the new roof, repairs to the exterior walls, and improved drainage, will help ensure the safety and comfort of guests, while the new pool filtration system and water softener will enhance your overall experience.The property sits on 2 ½ acres in southwestern Michigan, just behind the 9th green of the newly restored Spruce Ridge golf course. The first tee is 40 yards from our front door. Our house offers over 7,000 sq ft of space for your entire family/group/friends and can sleep up to 30 people. The Dutch has:8 bedrooms6 full bathrooms5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the main house3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in the guest house (connected indoor to the main house)A fully equipped kitchen adjacent to a large dining roomA large living room and a card roomA glass-enclosed 1,160 sq. ft. For winter sports, Swiss Valley Ski & Snowboard is just 15 miles away in Jones, MI. There are 3 other ski resorts including Timber Ridge in Gobles, MI, within 35 miles of the house.Downtown Dowagiac, Michigan offers an array of restaurants and small shops.Please note that for US Holiday weekends, there is a 3 night minimum. Two Golf package rates (Platinum and Gold) are available on a per person/per night basis and include golf with cart. These rates are not reflected on the platform. Please inquire.
