(330 sq. meters) on a ¼ acre (0.10 hectare) lot and can comfortably sleep six to eight. It is fully furnished and equipped with gourmet kitchen, Wi-Fi enabled high-speed internet, flat panel TV, lovely garden, six-burner natural gas BBQ grill and outdoor furniture. The pool, hot tub, basketball hoop and trampoline make it easy to keep the kids occupied, while you take in a spa or a trip to nearby wineries. Four bicycles are also available in case you want to go for a cruise down some of the beautiful country roads nearby. Other amenities include a hot, private outdoor shower, fire pit, and a Bluetooth enabled movie projector and outdoor screen with which you can stream your favorite movies to enjoy after dark. Weekly housekeeping is included.The location is ideal. Walk six blocks to the Sonoma Plaza, the heart of the town. With 18 tasting rooms, shops, restaurants, farmer’s markets and spas around the square, you won’t have to drive anywhere. Our house offers a quiet, private location that allows you to still be close to the square’s activity. Hike and picnic on the Overlook Trail or at Bartholomew Park, both within walking distance. You can also bike or drive to many award-winning, nearby wineries, take the kids to Train Town or visit Jack London State Park. If you crave the city during your stay, San Francisco is less than a one-hour drive away.Sleeping accommodations include a California king in the master bedroom, a trundle bed in the guest room which sleeps two, and two additional bedrooms with twin beds. If more beds are required, Aero beds can be provided.Minimum stay is 30 days. Signed Rental Agreement and copy of driver's license required to finalize reservation.
