Quiet, rural feeling yet perfectly located for wine tasting in Sonoma or Napa Valley; also perfect for shopping, dining, walking, hiking, or biking throughout the area. We are also very close to Marin county with world class hiking (15-30 minutes) quaint Glen Ellen (15 minutes) lively Petaluma (25 minutes) beautiful Healdsburg (45 minutes) Bodega Bay on the Pacific coast (1 hour) and one of a kind SF (90 minutes) You can do and see it all from our location! Nightly rate is $800-$1200, depending on the season. Sleeps 8 adults in outrageously comfortable bedsThe main house has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. There is a second structure, the pool house, with a large rec room space that has music, Apple TV, a game table, ping pong, bumper pool, and a lounge seating area. It is also an ideal place to work, should that be necessary. A full bath, with an outdoor shower with lovely vistas of the vineyards is located in pool house as well. There is also a refrigerator and bar area and a great space for Yoga and stretching. Right out the door is the beautiful saline pool measuring 20' x 40'. It is solar heated to a wonderful warm temperature 6-7 months of the year, and it has an electric pool cover for safety, warmth, and cleanliness.The allocation of space on our property offers many areas for visiting, privacy for relaxing, and quiet places for working remotely. Bucolic fields, hills, mountains or vineyard vistas are visible from every room. There are two covered patios on the front and back of the main house with ample lounges and seating, as well as a propane barbecue grill and dining table. The pergola by the pool also offers a shaded dining table perfect for enjoying games or a meal at the table, and is a perfect spot to admire stunning afternoon sunsets. Contains several lounge chairs as well. Awesome space to enjoy a memorable getaway with friends and family.
