Lovingly updated and professionally designed, our space is perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable place to stay. The home has three spacious bedrooms, a fully renovated kitchen, a dining area, and play/exercise space.★"If you are in the Burlington/Elon area and looking for a place to stay, don’t look any further."-Each unauthorized and/or unregistered overnight guests will result in a discretionary charge of $50 per night.-Each unauthorized pet on the property will result in a discretionary charge of $100 per night.-We have a pet fee of $29 per pet. Guests bringing more than one pet must receive special approval from owner and pay additional $29 per pet fee.-When available, an approved early check-in or late check-out will cost $25.-Unapproved early check-ins and/or late check-outs will result in a discretionary charge of $49 per hour. -An unauthorized party/event will result in a discretionary charge of $250 in addition to all additional costs of cleaning and repairing damages.-The presence of residual smell from any kind of smoking (e.g., cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) will result in a $250 charge plus any additional costs of cleaning and/or damage repair.-Excessive noise during quite hours will result in discretionary charge of $100 in addition to any an all costs incurred by the disruption caused to guests in other units.
