Just reach out.4 bedrooms (that count includes the sofa couch bedroom) are on the main floor. The lower level has two queens and its own bathroom.Guest accessAll of itOther things to noteIf your having 12 guests and will utilize the pull out as a bed, let us know and we will have the mattress topper installed and make the bed up prior to your arrival.There are two security cameras at the property-once at the front door and one pointed at the pool.
