This home is a short 2/10 of a mile stroll to several Lake Michigan beach options, including Center Ave (1000 feet away) and McKinley Beach which is only 2000 feet away! This really cute three-bedroom, two-bath home has a large grassy lot with a fire pit and deck for entertaining. Each bedroom has a queen bed, great for couples or families with children. The owners have put a lot of thought and love into the house and it shows!Walk through the front door into a cozy living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The living space flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Off the kitchen is a cute dining area that leads to a well-furnished screen porch with lots of seating and a wall-mounted television for movies and your favorite shows.There is an outdoor shower next to the front porch so you can rinse off from the beach before jumping in the awesome hot tub. Make s’mores or roast hot dogs around the crackling fire pit, where you can gather under the starlit sky and create unforgettable memories!
