Our beach are is not crowded like many of the other beaches in neighborhood areas. This is one of the things we love most about our location.Take a short walk or bike ride to Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on the left or to The Hub on the right. Home offers 2 living spaces for watching tv...one is downstairs and one is upstairs...plenty of room!Our home is located close to all of the action but on a quiet street where you can escape for a little family time....The spaceThe Kitchen has a beautiful 6 burner stove and is stocked with all you need to cook a dinner at home. There is a walk-in pantry in the kitchen that houses all of the extra appliances and also has plenty of storage for food and drinks.Three Living Spaces:One is located off of the beautiful chefs kitchen and offers views of the beautiful salt water pool and secluded tree lined yard.There is another room on the front of the house and we have designated it as a game room/sitting room. We have a game table (the house is stocked with games and playing cards) with seating for four and two cozy reading chairs.There is also a living space on the second floor that is designated for the kids to enjoy with a large smart tv and gaming system.Sleeping Arrangements:1st Floor Master with King Bed and Private Spa like Bathroom1st Floor Queen Bedroom with shared bathroom1st Floor Bunkroom Twin over Twin with Shared Bathroom All Bunks have a light and plugs with USB Ports2nd Floor King Bedroom with Private Bathroom2nd Floor Queen Bedroom with Private BathroomAll Bedrooms and 2 Living Spaces have Smart TVsThe Outdoors Space is our favorite part of the home. The pool is beautiful and surrounded by a 6 ft fence and trees on the back. There is room in the fenced yard for the kids to run around and have fun playing some of the games that are provided. There is a dining table that seats 8 and 4 lounge chairs as well as some extra furnished spaces for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine after a day at the beach. We have 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas or you are able to rent chairs from beach vendors during your stay. There are toys and boogie boards for the kids to enjoy and a wagon to help carry all you need for your fun day at the beach. There are 5 bikes (2 mens and 2 women 1 girls) for your use. We also have stocked a kettlebell, resistances bands and other workout equipment for your use in the garage.Guest accessAll parts of the home with the exception of the owners closet will be accessible. There will be a second fridge and work out equipment in the garage available for your use.Other things to noteThe pool can be heated for $35 a day.
