Amenities include a gas grill, a private washer/dryer, and incredibly fast WiFi to help with your remote work projects. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and equipment enough for enjoying delicious meals together. The richly decorated space allows for comfortable wind-downs and long conversations. A calm and peaceful holiday awaits you. THINGS TO KNOWStreaming is available using your own accounts.Many neighborhood beaches are closed due to the high water level in Lake Michigan. Please research the Michiana beach situation before booking.The metal spiral staircase is safe for guest use but may require monitoring with younger children (it is not suitable for play).Guests must travel by car to reach this cottage.The outdoor spaces and the three-seasons room may not be available or maintained during winter months. This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Security camera details: One Nest surveillance camera is installed on the home's front door, facing the driveway.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
