Large great room, updated kitchen, laundry, ping-pong table. Pristine community landscaping. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Wi-fi, Blu-Ray and VCR. Local Grocery store across from the house. Very relaxing home. ~~Please Note~~We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 and do not rent to groups for Senior Week
