This Oceanside townhouse is located on the best beach in Bethany just south of Indian River Inlet and backing up to the quiet, picturesque dunes of the Delaware Seashore State Park. A wide private beach just a few steps from your door. This four level beach house includes a front deck and two rear decks with dune and ocean views. First floor efficiency sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette and bathroom. The second level has a newly remodeled full kitchen, living room and dining area as well as a bedroom and bathroom. Third level includes a bathroom and two small bunk rooms that sleep up to six. The master bedroom on the top floor has an expansive, mile long view of the shoreline. Includes an outdoor shower and parking for up to four cars. The common area has tennis courts, a playground for kids and a large covered gazebo that can be used for cookouts or crab feasts.
