Large Screened Porch, Sun Deck and stone Patio opening to huge Backyard. Covered Front Porch and 2nd floor. Balcony. Formal Dining room, Breakfast Bar or Cafe style dining areas. 1st floor Flex room can be used as a sleeping room with pullout double bed sofa and is next to a full Bath with shower. 2nd floor Loft contains plenty of seating and two Futons with gaming TV.
