Our home can easily accommodate 12+ individuals with 4600+ square feet of space with 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a dedicated, private, full bathroom. Pets can be negotiated. Back yard is completely fenced in.Home is equipped with several large screen TVs and whole-home audio via Sonos. Grill is available for use in the spacious back yard. Fenced in private yard with tons of space available (yard is .7 acres total).Loaded kitchen upstairs with dining space for 16 (12 @ table and 4 @ bar) and a double oven.Enjoy two separate living / dining spaces. The lower level has a near-full kitchen that has a full refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, wet bar, and counter-top oven.The basement also has a workout area with a Tonal workout system, bench, Peloton bike, free weights, and yoga mats and accessories
