Outside amenities include 75 feet of private beachfront (the lake bottom is hard sand), a dock with a rowboat and two kayaks, a large level yard with a sunny beach area, lounge chairs, an extra large deck with a table for 8, lakeside fire pit, and a propane grill.There is a large great room with a flat-screen TV, Wifi internet connection, fireplace, a large dining table, and a nicely equipped kitchen. The home sleeps 8 in real beds. There are two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the main level, each with a queen size bed. One loft bedroom with a double bed. The remaining loft area has one queen-sized bed and two twin beds. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels. The home has central heat and air conditioning. A washer and dryer is also included. This is a SMOKE-FREE home!Wonderful vacation amenities and activities surround the property. Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and Dunes, Interlochen Arts Academy, golf courses, small Village park and larger Township park, walking/hiking trails, wineries, arts and crafts, antiques and boutiques, excellent fine and casual dining.*Please note that some outdoor amenities are not available year-round due to Michigan weather.-- Please input the correct number of guests to ensure our housekeepers are properly taken covered for laundry expenses!
