The lake is great for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The cottage is only a few miles from Good Morning America's "Most Beautiful Place in America" -Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Lake Michigan's beautiful white sand beaches and sand dunes are breath taking. Lakes nearby accommodate larger boats and jet skis. The area offers activities to please everyone, such as golfing, kayaking the river, hiking, biking, swimming and much more. You may want to enjoy fine dining and shopping nearby in Frankfort, Beulah, Empire, Glen Arbor, Leland, Suttons Bay, and Traverse City.
