Enjoy the stunning views of the water from nearly every window. The water is shallow with a sandy bottom in front of the cottage and is perfect for swimming and many water sports. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The cottage has a modern open floor plan with a living room, full kitchen and dining area. There is a large screen television and fireplace are located in the living room. Additional sleeping in the living room is available. There is a washer and dryer, bed linens and beach towels provided. No smoking and no pets allowed.Please note check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. This can only be modified by consulting the property manager directly.Note: This cottage is under 10 miles from Bay City, Michigan and near many other attractions; such as, a marina, state park, golf courses, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and miniature golf as well as shopping.
