Bellaire is just a quick 10 minutes away and the beautiful Torch Lake about 12 miles.This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is very spacious with its 2 living areas and 3 streaming tv's. There is a large deck and gas grill for your use. There is a small fire pit to use (summer only), bring some wood. window AC units here, no central air 2 dog maximum--pet fee is $20 per night Please note: If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older Please Note: a refundable security deposit is required on all rentals ranging from $100 to $500 based on the place. This is refunded upon departure as long as no damages and the pool pass is present where applicable. If an Airbnb reservation, Airbnb will charge this fee when necessary.
