This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an oversize bonus room with a pull out sofa over the garage. A shaded plank wood path takes you to its own sandy beach. A paddle board or kayaks can take you on a peaceful tour of the bay. Or just swim in the turquoise waters. A fire pit and Adirondack chairs make for a perfect location to watch the sunset across the bay, roast marshmallows or star gaze when the sun sets to a beautiful starry night. This house is a five minute drive (or a 15 minute bike ride) to the quaint town of Elk Rapids which hosts many wonderful restaurants, as well as its own public beach and park. The park has a fantastic playground as well as public tennis and pickle ball courts and a delicious ice cream shop. Less than two miles from the house is Maplehurst Natural Area- a beautiful preserve of hiking trails and fishing for the kids.
