Unit #23 is on the second floor of the North building and sleeps 6. This unit is an end unit, with no unit above you. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a full sleeper. The bathroom offers a 2 person jetted whirlpool tub and a shower stall, fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 4 and living room with a queen sofa sleeper. Enjoy Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the outdoor heated pool. Or walk across the street and take a dip in Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy the quaint town of Elk Rapids for shopping and dining. There are also many great golf courses nearby to enjoy. This unit has private WIFI (seasonal May 5-November 15 Only). No elevators in condo buildings, only stairs. All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS.We require our renters to be 25 years of age older.
