This home rents weekly Saturday to Saturday only during prime summer months.Located right in the quaint town of Elk Rapids on the east side. A sweet location that is sure to please. East Grand Traverse Bay is only minutes from here. Shorts Brewery is around the corner too.The living room is off of the kitchen and features a smart TV with Direct TV. Off of the kitchen on the lakeside is an enclosed porch area, a perfect spot for morning coffee. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. Sheets and towels are included. Step out the porch door to a spacious deck with a perfect area to relax and grill. There is also a separate laundry room. 1 well-mannered pet is welcome.Outdoors is a big grassy lawn area that walks down to your own private spot on the lake. You can sit on the deck and watch the kids play in the lake. There is a fire pit located close to the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill round out the comfort for outdoor fun. Walking distance to the grocery store and a couple of restaurants. A peaceful neighborhood is a perfect location to get away from it all. Elk Rapids is about 20 minutes from Traverse City.
