Unit #7 is on the second floor level of the South Building and sleeps 6. There is one queen size bed and a full sleeper sofa in the bedroom. The unit has is a 1 person jetted whirlpool tub and a shower stall, a fully equipped kitchen, dining areas with seating for 4, and living room with a queen sofa sleeper. Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool and on site coin operated laundry area. This unit has private wifi for prime season only. No elevators in condo buildings, only stairs. All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS.We require our renters to be 25 years of age or older.
