Beautiful vacation home seconds away from Lake Shelbyville Beach and Boat Ramp!! Welcome to your perfect family getaway nestled just seconds away from the serene waters of Lake Shelbyville. Our charming vacation home offers the ideal blend of comfort, adventure, and tranquility, making it the perfect escape for families looking to create unforgettable memories. The house offers a spacious living area where you can enjoy comfortable seating, TV, and a fireplace for those cooler evenings. The modern kitchen is stocked with essentials, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the adjacent dining area, which seats up to eight guests at the table and two additional seats at the cozy island. With three spacious bedrooms, our home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The master suite features a king-sized bed and a ensuite bathroom. Another bedroom is fully furnished with a comfy queen bed and overlooks the beautiful backyard. The third room is a loft with a comfy queen bed and balcony with a view of Lake Shelbyville. From the kitchen, step outside to a deck equipped with a BBQ grill and seating. In the yard you will find a gazebo with seating for six people and a smokeless fire pit as well. The yard is very spacious for games, a bags court , or just relaxing listening to nature or reading a good book. Our home is the closest vacation rental to the lake. It is located just seconds from Lake Shelbyville Beach and Boat Ramp to the East. To the West the home is seconds away from Shelbyville's Forrest Park. Forrest Park provides a swimming pool, sunken gardens, baseball and softball fields, and the famous Chautauqua Building.
