Fern Haus has queen beds in two bedrooms and a twin bed with a trundle bed underneath it in the third, which allows up to six guests to sleep comfortably in beds. Full kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances (pots, pans, dishes and flatware, a full size gas stove, oven, and refridgerator, microwave, coffee make and toaster) make preparing meals at the cottage easy. Fern Haus makes a perfect "home base" for exploring the region; we are located in the heart of the UP with Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore just five miles west, Tahquemenon Falls State Park to the east, Oswalds Bear Ranch, Garland Zoo and Historic Fayette Town Site to our south.Lake Superior borders to the north, providing miles of sandy and rocky beaches that are often open to exploration with no one else around.Come stay, explore all the UP has to offer...then wrap it up in the comfort and conveniece of Fern Haus.
