Whether you're planning a family vacation, a girls shopping adventure, a guys fishing trip, or a romantic getaway, Pink Flamingo Beach House is PERFECT for all occasions! From the moment that you arrive, you will instantly be greeted by our sprawling front porch that offers amazing sunrise and sunset views! Grab a seat, take a deep breath, let the warm sun kiss your face and the Gulf wind blow through your hair! RELAX! You're at the beach! Ready to head inside? The Living Room offers a cozy and comfortable sectional that also folds out into a queen sleeper sofa, a large flat screen smart TV with DirecTV Stream available. The TV is also equipped with several other streaming applications such as HULU, Netflix, YouTube, Roku etc. but subscriptions to all other applications are not provided. You are more than welcome to login to your own account on one of the other streaming applications available. Wanting to have a family game night? No problem! Our entertainment center hosts games such as Uno, Monopoly, Sorry, Clue, Yahtzee, Heads Up!, Scrabble, puzzles and more!Between the Living Room and the Kitchen is the Dining Area that is equipped with a large dining table, 5 chairs, and a bench that will comfortably seat 8. Additional chairs are available and stored in the laundry room in the event additional seating is needed. The Kitchen is FULLY stocked and offers all of the amenities of home and then some!! Our newer stainless appliances are ready and waiting for you to prepare a delicious family meal as we have plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, and SO MUCH MORE! We even have dishes, cups, and utensils for the littles and a gas BBQ Grill located downstairs at the foot of the back steps. The coffee bar offers a Keurig coffee pot plus a drawer stocked with coffee pods for the adults and hot chocolate for the kiddos. Don't worry! We don't mind sharing the hot chocolate with the adults too, especially on a chilly night!Speaking of chilly nights, or any night in general... Head on out to our back deck area! Theres plenty of seating and a gas fire pit that awaits you! The 2 main bedrooms are located on the north and south sides of the home and are almost identical to one another. Each bedroom has a king size bed, double closets, and a flat screen smart TV that offers Netflix. The TV is also equipped with several other streaming applications such as HULU, YouTube, Roku etc. but subscriptions to all other applications are not provided. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Each ensuite bathroom offers 3 separate areas; a vanity area with a sink, a shower/tub area, and a toilet area with an additional sink. Just West of the North Bedroom is the Bunk Room. Offering a twin over full set of bunk beds, as well as an art easel, plus children's books and toys! It has plenty of entertainment for both little girls and little boys!Downstairs, underneath the house has a bar, hammock, a table, adirondack chairs, and a BBQ Grill all available for you to use. Ready to head to the beach? We've got you prepared! We have plenty of beach towels in the closet in case you forgot yours or you might need extra. There is also sunscreen and bug spray in each bathroom too! Downstairs, inside of our storage shed, a beach umbrella, wagon, chairs, toys, blow up floaties, cornhole boards, and ladder toss game!
