This is 4 bedroom (1 bedroom is located in finished basement) 1600 Sqft home, with plenty of space, and can sleep up to 9 guest(3Queen Beds and a full size). It has a few rough edges as my wife and I renovated the majority of this home by ourselves, to give it a modern touch, if you are put off by small cosmetic imperfections, this may not be the home for you. We prefer Airbnbers with experience, and understand that this home is our personal living space when we are in the area.TRASH:Please make sure your trash is taken out on trash day. To avoid additional fees please make sure all trash is bagged up properly and taken out on trash day. All trash bags MUST be tied and secured!If trash is not properly tied and discarded on trash day there will be a $75 feeEvents/PartiesEVENTS AND PARTIES MUST BE DISCLOSED.
