Lake Pearl has some of the best fishing in MassachusettsThe spaceThe Island has a beautiful cottage with 2 Bedrooms, Parlor, kitchen, dining room and 1 Full Bath. Gorgeous hardwoods throughout. There is a breathtaking view from every single room! Big windows and sliders in the livingroom to give you natural light and incredible viewsThank you for your interest in renting our island paradise, we hope you enjoy our island as much as we do. Summers in New England are painfully short and for most, vacation time is substantially shorter. ***Please note we have a strict 4 person limit on the island and that includes day guests.Lake Pearl Island’s beauty and solitude provides a magnificent backdrop to the perfect island vacation. The island is approximately 1 acre. The water is beautifully warm and clear for snorkeling and swimming. You can see turtles and huge large mouth bass as well as sunfish, pickerel and perch.Lake Pearl is a warm lake with water depths around the island at about 2 feet to a maximum 35 feet . The Lake is about 300 acres in area and is one of the clearest, cleanest lakes in all of Massachusetts.Summer time water temperatures are in the mid 80’sThe island rental comes with a 12 foot aluminum rowboat to get you over to the island which is about 800 feet from the mainland. Additionally with your rental 4 kayaks and a paddle boat.Guest accessWhen you rent the island.. it's your very own private island for the duration of your stay. A couple important things to know before you rent. Check In: 11:00 Am Check Out: 1:00 Pm (we thank you in advance for respecting the check in/check out times so that our cleaning crew can do their job properly)Parking: Getting to the Dock: Our access to the island runs through one of our other rental properties 2 car’s maximum for parking . We ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors when you are unloading and making your way to the island. Keep all pets on leash and curious kiddos with you at all times. This access has been working well so far and we hope to continue to be able to offer this cool island for rent.Dock: There is a 12 foot aluminum rowboat, a paddle boat and a 2 kayaks for your use to get to/from island. There are also 2 kayaks on the island to use during your stay. 4 Lifejackets are provided Other things to noteBEFORE YOU BOOK:We limit the number of guests 4 persons including day guestsPets: no pets No smoking or vaping inside the house.
