The rental space has very high,13-foot ceilings, two large bedrooms with walk in closets, two full bathrooms, fitness room, private movie theater with surround sound and reclining lounge chairs, SONOs sound system throughout the rental property, controlled by mounted IPAD or your smartphone. This property offers the BEST view of Lake Whatcom and the Sudden Valley golf course from every room in the property. This rental space has a kitchen area with everything a family needs to prepare meals, including a two burning electric stove top, instant pot, microwave oven, hot plate, George Forman indoor/outdoor grill, outdoor BBQ, two large toaster ovens, three coffee makers, slow cooker/electric pot and a toaster. There is one medium size refrigerator, one large mini refrigerator inside the exercise room and a mini freezer inside the storage space, along with a washer and dryer. The rental property is located on Lake Whatcom offering 12 miles of clean, glacier fed water and is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, sailing, boating and fishing. The rental property is also perfect for that winter ski getaway, with just a short drive to Mt. Baker. The rental property also overlooks the first green of one of the most beautiful and scenic golf courses in the state of Washington, the Sudden Valley Golf Course. The front nine of Sudden Valley is relatively open and flat and borders the shores of Lake Whatcom. Fairway landing areas are relatively generous, and the greens are large. However, the back nine follows a ridge uphill with narrow evergreen-fringed fairways and smaller greens that have more character. (Please See Video Link) The Sudden Valley community offers activities for all ages, amenities included parks, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, two pools, four beaches, two off leash dog park and miles of hiking and biking trails.
