This rental is within walking distance to Sudden Valley's largest beaches, picnic areas, kayaks, paddle boards, parks, marina and off leash dog park.When staying inside the Sudden Valley community, it's like living on a private resort. The amenities include a fitness center, two pools, four tennis courts, pickle ball court, basketball court, soccer field, soccer golf and one of the most scenic, award-winning golf courses in the state of Washington. This rental space has two large master suites with walk-in closets and one extremely large bathroom with two sinks, a deep soaking tub and shower.Both bedrooms have been remodeled and are beautifully decorated with walk-in closets and dresser drawers. The bathroom area is very spacious with bright daylight lighting and features a vanity mirror and chair. The living and dining area have a modern flare featuring a cozy fireplace, large flat screen television and couch that pulls out into a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The rental space has the perfect size kitchen with everything you need for cooking during your stay featuring a large oven with stove top, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender and full-size refrigerator. The kitchen also has a bar area with comfortable stools for happy hour and socializing.This large two-bedroom rental property is private, spacious with no shared spaces.
