There is plenty of parking at the house so you have no worries about figuring that out.A Rental Agreement is required to be signed by the guest, and Hold Harmless Agreement regarding the home and shared beach is required to be signed by each guest on the booking before the cancellation period ends. The agreements will be sent to you through the booking platform upon booking.The home is not child-proofed - there are no covers on the outlets, or locks on cabinets and drawers containing cleaning products, sharp items, etc. You are responsible for taking precautions to keep your children safe.The property has easy access to a quiet road and treed area and is within walking distance of a lake, please keep your children within sight distance.In respect of our neighbors we ask for quiet time between 10pm and 8am.
