Most of the amenities are within walking distance such as the tennis courts, soccer ball field, dog park and both outdoor pools. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio during the day overlooking beautiful Lake Whatcom or hit the beach and go swimming. There are so many amenities inside the Sudden Valley community, it's like living on a resort.This property is only available for 14 days or longer stays. The rental property is located on Lake Whatcom, the most beautiful lake I've ever seen. Lake Whatcom offers 12 miles of crystal clear glacier fed water, which is perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, jet skiing, sailing, boating and fishing. The rental property is also perfect for that winter ski getaway, with just a short drive to Mt. Baker. Sudden Valley offers 18 holes of competitive golf on one of the most scenic golf courses in the state of Washington. The front nine of Sudden Valley is relatively open and flat and borders the shores of Lake Whatcom. Fairway landing areas are relatively generous and the greens are large. However, the back nine follows a ridge uphill with narrow evergreen-fringed fairways and smaller greens that have more character.
