The den opens up the covered stone porch with a comfortable seating and dining area seating for 10 which leads to the Pool area that offers a 20 X 40 in ground swimming pool 3 feet deep on the shallow end and 8 feet at the deep end, and ample outdoor lighting. There is a Weber gas grill and chaise lounges. The second floor provides the Master Bedroom with king bed and ensuite master bath with soaking tub and Steam Shower , Guest bedroom with king bed, Guest Room with queen bed, and Guest room with 2 twin beds, large shared bathroom for guests, large Laundry Room with front loading washer and dryer . Third Floor has 3 Twin Beds- set up great for kids. Sonos sound system throughout home. Bicycles are available to use to ride to town or the beach if you like.
