Groton Bay / Heated pool opens May 6th 2023! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Heated in ground pool, charming area of Groton City which includes a main house with historic character and some modern updates, a detached garage for the guests. You can walk to the river in 2 minutes. There are many area attractions to fit every guest’s needs. From golfing, hiking areas, casinos, restaurants, USS Nautilus Museum, Mystic Aquarium and Seaport, or just relax by the pool and enjoy the quiet time.The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, main level you have the formal dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, and 2 living rooms (each has a smart TV and a sleeper sofa). outside you have the gorgeous heated pool, with beach towels provided, propane gas grill and patio furniture. The pool is open seasonally May - Sept. Depending on weather the pool may open earlier and close later but that cannot be guaranteed. Please keep both pool gates closed at all time. There is no lifeguard at the pool so use at your own risk and supervise children at all times. Outdoor security camera details: Ring cameras facing driveway, pool and front of the house.
