The master bedroom is located on the second floor in the front of the home and has water views, a queen size bed, TV and large closet. The second bedroom located on the second floor next to the master also has water views, it has two twin beds, TV and a large closet. The third bedroom located on the second floor has a queen size bed, TV and large closet. There is a large bathroom with a walk in shower located on the second floor. The first floor of the home has a spacious eat in kitchen with large glass sliding doors that open to a patio with a outdoor dining table and seating area. There is a second seating area in the front of the house. The main room of the house is an open floor plan with large windows giving you a spectacular view of the water. Off the living room is a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a fourth room that can be used as an office or a small bedroom. It has a desk and a futon couch. The laundry room is located on the first floor. The house is located 3 miles from Southamtpon Village with great restaurants and shops.
