High ceilings and windowed walls abound in this 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home. Main floor features and expansive living space, open dining room and updated kitchen. Designer chic, but comfortable for all. Huge private yard with in-ground swimming pool, lounge chairs, large deck w/grill, balcony and separate 2 car garage. Walk to bay beach or take a hike on nature trails accessed right from our road. Truly an Ideal location mid way between Sag Harbor (4 miles away) & Southampton (5 miles), and a very short drive to nature preserves, farms, more beaches, shopping and shelter island ferry.See our rental agreement for more information and feel free to reach out with questions. I'm sorry but we can't accommodate pets or service animals due to a family member with severe allergies.
