It includes a full kitchen with one bathroom, 1 king bed plus a queen futon and a dedicated workspace that is great for remote workers. The unit is set on a 65 acre horse property with it's own trail system perfect for easy nature strolls or trail rides. We have up to 20 horses on the property. You might even notice a few outside your front window!It's set back in the woods about a third of a mile, however it is a convenient location close to Amherst, Hampshire, UMass, Smith and Mt. Holyoke.Guest accessThere is a lovely gazebo and front lawn area with a bistro set and Adirondack chairs to relax in while taking in the sunrise (if you choose) while overlooking the horse pasture in the front yard.We have a 20 stall horse barn that you're welcome to give yourself a self-guided tour of. Be sure to say hello to my wife if you see her in the barn! She also offers optional horsemanship lessons if you are interested.Additionally there is a trail system on our property that connects with adjacent trails perfect for exploring.Other things to noteWe offer horsemanship, yoga, meditation and life coaching on the property if you are interested.
