Take the Newburyport/Rockport line of the MBTA from Boston to get to your rental, or drive, because it’s only 41 miles away! Once you get to Plum Island, you can walk to the beach, just a block from your doorstep. This lovely home is decked out with Pottery Barn-inspired decor and furniture - it’s wonderfully vintage and modern at the same time! Pull up in the white seashell driveway and walk through the gorgeous enclosed porch, admiring the romantic curtains fluttering in the ocean breeze. Step into the living room, at which you’ll be able to relax on the sectional sofa and watch TV while you enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace. Bring movies, because the TV has a DVD player! From the living room, look into the kitchen through a unique cutout wall. The aspiring chef in your group can make a meal in the stunning kitchen with its stainless steel appliances while you watch at the breakfast bar. Enjoy a more formal dinner at the dining table. You’ll find a large deck with a four-seat table in the backyard. In the evening, make burgers on the gas grill and light a fire in the fire pit while you relax on the outdoor sofa and chairs. This two-bedroom home can sleep up to five guests! One bedroom is just off the hallway and has a full bed, while the master (with a queen bed and its own bathroom) has even more space and a futon as well.
