Our 1300+ square foot home is located on a quiet road just a two minute walk to both basin side and ocean front beaches.First floor includes an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with cathedral ceilings over the living room/dining area. A bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. As well as an office currently set up with a Queen sized Murphy bed to be used as a 2nd bedroom. Don't miss out on the two large decks (brand new) complete with dining tables/chairs. First floor also includes a bathroom with large walk in shower. The second floor boasts a lofted living room with large TV, ceiling fan and a gas fireplace. Also includes a sunny master suite with a king-sized bed, a 2nd bathroom with tub and a 3rd deck, perfect to enjoy views of the sunset and boats traveling through the Merrimack River to the Atlantic!The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and all the essential kitchen appliances and cooking gadgets. Outdoor area includes spaces to lounge, grill and set up a game of corn hole. Our home also has new furnace and central air system, washer/dryer in basement, second refrigerator, wireless internet and easy parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.All 4 TV's are "smart" TVs with 2 of them using ROKU to watch live TV, movies, etc. Free internet and WiFi. We love spending time here and hope you will too!
