Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, laundry and stay cool with the ocean breeze or central A/C. Don't forget to climb the spiral stairs off the upstairs seating area to check out the 360 view from the Lookout Tower. The beach is just two mins in either direction and downtown Newburyport is just a short car ride away. Walk to the lighthouse and the playground. Plum Island is a perfect vacation spot!Note: Two external cameras mounted on the front and side of the house that will record 24 / detect motion during the reservation for guest safety purposes.
