A kitchen island with bar stool seating and a screened porch with seating for 7 are great additions to the dining area. Cook your food in the kitchen or on the outdoor propane grill. The home is adjacent to Long Point Wildlife Refuge that has a freshwater pond and one of the most beautiful south shore ocean beaches on the island..Centrally located for access to Vineyard towns. Renters can obtain a permit for access to Lambert's Cove beach as well.The house has been rented for 5 years to very satisfied renters. Most of our renters have been repeat renters through Vineyard realtors. This is the first year we are trying VRBO which is why we have no reviews.
