Bright clean apartment w/free use of car w/private beach sticker. Pet friendly! Bright sunny apartment available on Martha’s Vineyard, close to the town center of West Tisbury. As part of the deal we will make available, free or change, the use of a basic car to get around the Island. Its a typical Island car, 2001 Honda CRV. A reliable vehicle, sits four/five and has room in the back for your beach chairs, towels, cooler, groceries etc. Car also has beach sticker for nearby Lamberts Cove Beach. Space has a king bed, a couch and chair, a small dining area, and a full bathroom with shower and claw foot bath.There’s also a deck with some outdoor furniture and a grill, as well as Wi-Fi and television.There is a microwave, and refrigerator, but there is not a full kitchen. There is an outdoor grill if you want to barbecue. The place also has central air conditioning and heating.This is the top floor of a house. There are people living downstairs, although you have a separate entrance, and most likely will not interact with anyone on the property. There are dogs on property but they are friendly and will not be in your space. You may see them occasionally when the people downstairs let them outside. We are about 20 minutes from the main towns like Oak Bluffs and Edgartown, Although we are within walking distance to the grocery store and a bus stop. We have additional parking for one vehicle if needed. We are listing this for four people maximum. We can only provide an air mattress for sleeping for three or four people.We will also allow pets on a case by case basis, depending on the circumstances.
