Private Setting with Access to Two Private Beaches/Ferry Tickets The house sits within the Mink Meadows Golf community (near Vineyard Haven) on a wooded 2-acre lot where a short 6 minute walk takes you to 3,000 ft. of Private Association beach. Rental of this property also includes access to another Private Association Beach near the Gay Head cliffs (Aquinnah) on the ocean-side of the Island. Mink Meadows is located near the West Chop Woods, and less than 2 miles from the center of Vineyard Haven. The outside patio provides a peak of the water view where you can relax and watch the ferries cross the Vineyard Sound. On the patio you will find a table for six, additional seating for four, a Weber gas grill and gas fire pit. Two Adirondack chairs provide additional seating in the back garden. It has three bedrooms, each with a its own full bath which provide sleeping for 8 (1 Queen, 1 King and 4 Twin). Available for use are two adult single kayaks, two adult bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, mask and fins, and other beach accessories. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker; adjacent to the Kitchen is a Washer and Dryer. The Living Room is open plan with seating for six on sofas/chairs in front of the fireplace, and a large table for up to 10 in front of the bay window with a modest view of the Sound. The Family Room has a Smart TV with Roku with ample seating provided by a large sectional sofa and bean bag chair. The property accommodates parking for three vehicles. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, when the 7 night applies. Ferry auto tickets are available for purchase for select weeks.
