Inside, you'll have no issue getting cozy amidst the vaulted ceilings and warm wood finishes. With a gas fireplace, oversized sofa, and smart TV in the living room, this space is perfect for peaceful evenings. Breezy cooking sessions are inevitable in the well-equipped kitchen, framed by a gleaming backsplash. The bedrooms are lined with soft linens and ceiling fans, ensuring a good night's rest each evening. Partial air-conditioning and internet access tie together the stellar list of amenities. Things to KnowCheck-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.The lower rear deck has a screened gazebo and hot tub. Since this area is shared by the entire property, guests will need to reserve times to avoid conflict.This home can be rented with Frazier Circle, Unit 1 to add additional living quarters for a larger group.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
