SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS— ROOM 1: Queen bed, sleeps 2.— ROOM 2: King bed, sleeps 2.— ROOM 3: Bunk Bed (Double & Twin Bed), sleeps 3 GREAT FOR GROUPS OF FAMILY & FRIENDS:The house is a great place to host a family or group of friends!— Sip cocktails on the porch while kids play football in the front yard.— Host a dinner party or BBQ in the backyard. — Grilling, drinking, sun, watching sports….we have you covered.— Lots of spaces for people to eat together.— Lots of spaces for people to gather together, hang out, sit, chat, have fun.— Comfortably sleeps 7 people in beds. PETS: We charge a $25 fee per night per pet. Otherwise, no pets are allowed at the house per the lease. Properly documented service animals (not support animals) are allowed per Airbnb policy and also per prevailing laws. The fee helps us defray the cost of additional cleaning. LOCATION:The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but is a quick walk to downtown Oak Bluffs. Guests can take a stroll through the famous Oak Bluffs Gingerbread houses and Tabernacle to get to Circuit Ave and the Harbor. No car is needed at this house!
