When your guests are hungry, the group chef will love the all-new (2023) kitchen, which features soapstone countertops and stainless steel appliances that include a Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher.Set up high on a private, partially wooded lot off of rustic Tea Lane, this property provides plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out. When you're ready to leave your seat on the wrap-around deck, you'll be mere steps from the 300-acre Waskosim's Rock Reservation and a quick drive from both Lucy Vincent Beach, four miles south, and Squibnocket Beach, six miles southwest.THINGS TO KNOWThis vacation rental includes privileges to play on the shared tennis courts a short walk away.Streaming services can be accessed with guests’ logins on the upstairs and downstairs televisions.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
