Our goal is always for our guests to enjoy a relaxing stay at a beautiful home.Nestled in the woods, you feel as though you're in your own private oasis, but local shopping, theater and amazing restaurants are only minutes away. There is plenty of hiking right out your front door, easy access to I-90, and ...have we mentioned the VIEWS?!!You will need 4WD in the winter months.Winter guest will need 4wd/Awd to access the property. The driveway is long and rather steep.This property has undergone a full renovation this year, so get into this gorgeous home now and take in the million dollar views! Renovations include a full kitchen remodel which opens to the dining and living area, new flooring, updated bathrooms and bedrooms. One of few properties in the area offered with an indoor heated pool, this makes for an amazing year round retreat. The pool itself is 4ft deep.The beautiful new kitchen boast a Bertazonni gas range and a massive island for food prep and gathering with friends and family.The main level primary suite has a king bed, home office area, Smart TV and direct pool access. A secondary primary suite was added to the second floor loft, with a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with deep soaking tub, and Smart TV.Bedroom 3 and 4 are located on the second level accessed from the living room. Both bedrooms have amazing mountain views and share a beauiful new bathroom. BR 3 has a queen bed and desk area, BR 4 has a queen bed, twin bed and a sitting area. The walkout basement has undergone an upgrade to include a family room with Smart TV, sleeping space with full bed and full bathroom. This space also has a large dining/game table and a full kitchen.A beautiful patio and fire pit has been added as well as a complete overhaul of the exterior.You will need a car to get around the BerkshiresYou can't beat West Stockbridge as a central home base to explore the Berkshires. You can drive to the southern- most towns of Great Barrington, Sheffield and New Marlborough in under 30 mins. Head north to Williamstown of to MassMoCA in North Adams in 50 mins or pop over to downtown Lenox in 15. Easily accessible from I-90 whether you are traveling from the Boston area or NYC.Skiers!!! A 20 minutes drive and you're on the slopes at Butternut Basin, Catamount Ski Area or Bousquet Mountain. 30 Minutes to Jimmy Peak.PET POLICY: A small dog may be allowed with owner approval. Reach out with info about your pet prior to booking. A $100 pet fee will be inccured upon pet approval and booking. No multiples.POOL SAFETY: There are 2 interior doors that will allow you access to the pool. One door is located in the primary bedroom, the other door is located in the living room. Each door has a lock, and an alarm that can be activated. The alarm is very loud if set off - and we recommend all families with children under 12 set these alarms as soon as they enter the property. The living room door to the pool also has a lock with a key (key is located in the tray in the front hallway) that can be left locked at all times if needed. PLEASE NOTE: This property is someone's home. The owners spend time at this home themselves and have put their heart and soul into the renovations. They open it up to guests who will take care of the property as if it was their own, and welcome you to fully enjoy their beautiful home. We have restrictions for young children.
