Sliders lead from the dining area to the deck and back yard prefect for summer entertaining. There is one bedroom located on the main level of the home, 2 on the second floor and the 4th is in the walkout lower level. Each level has a full bath. Each bedroom is equipped with an A/C unit. Wifi. Washer and Dryer. Linens are not included with this rental but can be rented locally if you did not want to bring them along with you. Parking for 4 in the drivewayPLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected.
